The Eco Green project in District 7 covers an area of 14.36 hectares, featuring the Eco-Green Park, a 2-hectare internal park located at the heart of the project, and to the south, it borders the 22-hectare Huong Tran Park.
With a construction density of only 30%, Eco Green Saigon is a rare premium project in Ho Chi Minh City, 'boasting' two large green parks totaling 24 hectares. Eco Green Saigon will be a modern, luxurious, and prestigious residential community right in the center of District 7, offering one of the cleanest ecosystems in the southern region.
The wastewater treatment system, with a capacity of 4,200m³ per day and night, utilizes advanced biological technology for treatment. The treated wastewater is monitored online and transmitted to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City.
